PRE-MOVE
DECLUTTER & PREP

Trying to sell your home? Prepare your property for listing and declutter for an easier move.

Homes presented in an organized, depersonalized, and clutter-free state tend to sell faster and at a higher price point. TIDY will help potential buyers envision themselves in your home.

  • Our team specializes in de-cluttering and depersonalizing homes to make them more appealing to potential buyers. We approach each property meticulously, maximizing the space and transforming it to be buyer-friendly. Decluttering not only attracts buyers but also makes your move easier by eliminating unnecessary items, streamlining the packing process, and ensuring a smoother transition to your new home.

  • The Tidy team will coordinate and oversee the following services, including contracting and managing outside vendors: 

    • Daily Donation Removal: The Tidy team will bring any items that need to be donated to the donation point (limit: 1 car per day). 

    • Electronic Waste Removal: The Tidy team will bring any electronic waste to the disposal point (limit: 1 car per day).

    • Large Donations (anything too large to include in the Tidy team’s daily removals)

DAY-OF MOVE MANAGEMENT

Full-time supervision on moving day ensures nothing is damaged or left behind–and that everything is moved to the right place. 

Imagine: it’s moving day and you’re taking things easy. Your phone pings: it’s a text from the Tidy team, letting you know that the first step of the move went off without a hitch. You relax. Turns out moving day doesn’t have to be headache-inducing.


  • Our team of organizers will be strategically positioned throughout your current house, supervising the packing process. We’ll ensure that your belongings are handled with care and that everything is packed up in an organized manner. 

    Once the packing is complete, we'll meet your movers at your new home and direct them in placing your items exactly where they’re supposed to be.

    Our goal is to ensure that your furniture and belongings are positioned where you want them, saving you the time and effort of moving things around later.

    But our service doesn't stop there. We believe in going the extra mile for our clients, which is why we conduct a final walk-through of your old house to ensure nothing is left behind.

    Additionally, we'll perform a thorough walk-through in your new space, ensuring each item is where it’s supposed to be.

& HOME SET UP

  • Our team will unpack and organize all your belongings. From arranging furniture to organizing kitchenware and personal items, we'll work quickly and efficiently to create a space that feels like home from the moment you walk in.

    We also take the extra step of documenting any damage that may have occurred to your belongings during the move. This attention to detail ensures that any issues are addressed promptly and accurately.

    With our unpacking and home setup service, you can relax and enjoy the comforts of your new home without a long and drawn out transition period. 

    • Unpacking and organizing of all belongings
